The TEACHER TRAINING AGENCY included a roleplay scenario in their exploratory final assessment module for the NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION for HEADSHIP, eight years later our actors continue to travel all over the country several times a year to assist in this ongoing and now mandatory assessment process.
Before The NATIONAL HEALTH TELEPHONE HELPLINE was introduced, the patients that operators trained with were actors we had provided.
